How to Reach Munsiyari: taxis and buses are available from Kathgodam and Haldwani railway stations. One can opt for the complete booking of the taxi or pay on per seat basis.

However I suggest a bike ride into the hills for the best of the trip and feel the nature. Best route

Delhi -> Kathgodam to Munsiyari is Via Bhimtal -> Almora -> Badechina -> Dholuchina -> Berinag -> Thal -> Birthi -> Munsiyari

The route mentioned above is full of scenic beauty and dense forests with good roads and great landscapes with almost negligible traffic, this route also offers a chance to visit 2 most famous temples of Almora i.e. Jageshwar and Chitai temple.
